Pending and Completed Projects:
The following projects were all initiated after the company was founded in Trinidad in February 2006 some are still a work in progress.
Caribbean Student Daily Organizer: Co-authored and self-published a workbook for students to manage there time plan their weekly scheduled. The book was sold to students and teachers in some of the most prestigious schools in Trinidad, Queens Royal College, Bishops Antseys High School, Asja Hindu School, and the St Augustine Girls School. The book is now being published and distributed by Mohammed Books.
School of Alternative Learning: Contracted to manage the schools marketing for full time students and a summer programme. Managed the development of the schools website to provide a focal point for the distribution of a special report to parents of slow learners. The school experienced a 20 percent increase in regular enrollment and a 150% over projected increase in the summer school enrollment.
Sixth Form PoliTechnic: Self development lecture and workshop for incoming students. Topics include Time Management and Stress Management. The performance of the school over the past 3 years have been steadily raising.
Curepe/Tunapuna Coupon Exchange Programme: Initiated a business coupon programme so that small retailers could exchange coupons that increased activity to their businesses. Many of these businesses were successful in generating more walkin traffic.
Youth Voices Magazine: Was contracted to developed a Unique Selling Proposition and draft a letters to secure an appointment with Prime Minister Manning. The USP is currently being used on the cover of the magazine and the interview was secured with the Prime Minister.
Academy of Auto Mechanics: Developed a marketing strategy for the school to attract more students. The strategy called for providing a free introductory class that allowed students to preview the content of a basic session. Developed a career guidance report that is placed in an informational package for prospective students.
College Of Science And Applied Technology Trinidad and Tobago (COSAATT); Lectured on self development topic to radiology students. Topics included, time management, stress management and goal setting.
Hype Construction Services Limited. (HCSL): Developed and authored a strategic marketing plan for the company that required an in depth research of the construction industry in Trinidad and Tobago. The document recommended the repositioning/transformation of the company to move away from the traditional construction company status to one of a training facility for new constructions workers.
Success Reading Labs: Exclusive distributor of a reading programme for student from grade one to adults. Programme is currently being review by the Ministry of Education and a member of the Private School Association of Trinidad and Tobago.
GGI Limited: Developed a strategic marketing plan for this million dollar company to acquire installation contractor for its new products. Managed the design of a web site to market the firms products and recruit installation contractors. Held a series of free seminars to attract contractors to sign up as representative of GGI Limited.
